Pilates in the Park


Starting January 2016, two early morning classes in the park, with a mixture of cardio, drills and Pilates, great way to start your #fit2016.

How will the class be different from a studio session?

The class will have three elements:

20 minutes of Drill training, focusing on improving your running form.

20 minute run.

20 minutes of Pilates exercises to stretch the muscles and improve tone.

What will I need to bring?

You'll need a Mat, ideally one you can role up and carry on your back, I'll be sourcing ones you will be able to purchase from me. Bottle of water and a small hand towel.

What time and where will we meet?

6am Tuesday & Thursday morning, meeting point will be Ladywell Fields Malyons Road entrance just before the Railway bridge. 

How do I book my space?

Classes will be bookable online here from January 2016.
